A woman was in her 19 weeks of pregnancy when she had her first miscarriage. Her husband to this captures all the pics of this 19 weeks old baby, which was later shared on her blog that led to a major impact on the other individuals living across the country. Alexis and her husband Joshua Fretz were the parents of two cute little daughters, and could not wait for the arrival of their newest member of the family. However the couple was devasted when she had her miscarriage during the 19 weeks of her pregnancy and as per her blog.
Through her blog she shares that she had experienced some kind of spotting that later turned into pink colour, prompting her midwife to advise her to go to the emergency room. And as she was in her 19 weeks of pregnancy it was mandatory for her to stay in the emergency room. And after a few hours Alexis could hear the heartbeat of her baby and thought everything will be fine.
While she had been waiting for the Ultra sound she began to feel a few twinges of pain, which made her feel that she was in labor pain, and gives birth to her son who was named as Walter Joshua Fretz. Recalling the moment when she first carried the baby in her hand she wrote, I was crying so hard during that moment but he was perfect. He was fully formed and everything was there. I could see my baby heartbeat in his tiny small little chest. Joshua and I held him tight and cried over him and looked over our perfect tiny son who was now a part of our family.
Alexis husband Fretz then immediately snapped the photos of her son that were later being shared online extensively. Alexis to this says, at first I did not want him to take any photographs of our baby, but then I thought that they are the only thing I will have to look at from now. And I am still shocked to see how the pictures that were taken by us are still being shared and commented on. In his short life of just a few minutes he has touched our hearts in such a way that I could never even imagine.
I have been getting messages from people based across the world who have gone through this stage or were touched by our story. I have even come across a few individuals who were there to tell me that they were able to use these photos to reach out women across the world who were a part of abortion.
She also said, Just because the child within cannot be seen by us that does not mean that it is a blob of cells. Walter was perfectly formed and was a very active baby in my womb. And if he has had a few weeks to live his life he would have then definitely had a chance of fighting for life. Though through the entire experience she is devasted we are glad that she had the strength of coming out of it.
