They have also demanded that the movie should be banned.
However, do you know how she entered Bollywood? She made her debut with Farah Khan’s “Om Shanti Om” as the female lead opposite the King of Romance Shah Rukh Khan. Since then, she has been making her fans going crazy by giving wonderful performances in the flicks. She is not just a good actor but a great dancer too.

But it was not the only reason that Farah offered her the role. Deepika’s name was already recommended to Farah by Malaika Arora.
Some years back, Deepika was seen by Malaika at Lakme Fashion Week in a Wendell Rodrick’s show and this is what Rodrick told a magazine,
“I showed a collection called Isadora at Lakmé Fashion Week. It was a game changer for Deepika. Director Farah Khan asked my friend Malaika to suggest a new model to star opposite Shah Rukh Khan for her new film. Om Shanti Om did not have a working title at the time. I suggested Deepika who was barely two years into modelling. I made her open the show and told Malaika that the first girl I was sending out was the one I recommend. Malaika liked her, conveyed the same to Farah and a screen test was done. The rest is history.”
Yup, the rest is history! Deepika has entered Hollywood as well and we are sure that she will keep on entertaining us for a long time.
