Becoming a mother is one of the most amazing feeling any women can go through. And having a baby delivered in a cab makes it even more unique experiences. Ishwari Singh Vishwakarma delivered a baby boy in Ola cab on the 2nd October 2017 while being on the way to the hospital. But there is another reason for the women to feel more elated.
Residing In Kondhwa the couple was immediately headed to the hospital when she delivered the child in the back seat of the hospital. The driver Yashwant Galande logged his ride with these two passengers and drove them to Kamala Nehru Hospital in Somwar Peth.
The entire trip turned out to be an anxious experience. I had never ever thought that I would be a part of this excitement in the line of duty, says the Ola drive and according to the statement released by OLA on Thursday. He also says, looking at her situation I decided not to stop by anywhere. However after travelling for four to five kilometres the customer delivered a baby boy in the back seat with the help of her relative. According to the authorities of the Kamala Nehru Hospital the new born weight during that specific period of time was 1600 grams.
While Ramesh who is the husband of Ishwari works in a private company, she is a home maker and now are the parents of a healthy baby. All that I can say here is that the baby and the mother are fine, says the father of the new born.
In a statement released by the Ola company the driver has been felicitated for being a real hero in the entire company, showing humanity at large and going an extra mile as the passenger was in need. What he did is really appreciated.
